Abstract

The study focused on the development of board games using robots to investigate the effect of design-thinking-based convergence classes on creativity. The subjects of this study were 17 students in the first and second grades of high school at A high school located in S city. For this study, a 24-hour convergence class composed of 8 topics based on design thinking was studied. Four themes of creative personality, divergent thinking, creative flexibility, curiosity and adventure, and a total of 20 questionnaires, five themes of creative problem solving, problem discovery and analysis, idea generation, action plan, execution, persuasion and communication A total of 39 questionnaires, a narrative questionnaire survey of 9 questions after class, was conducted to obtain responses, and a response sample t-test using the IBM SPSS statistical program was conducted based on the finally collected questionnaire data to change the process of students. Was observed and analyzed. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the creative personality and creative problem solving ability of students who took the design thinking-based convergence class improved.
