Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a model for developing and applying a convergence education program for creativity and personality education. It is composed of programs that think that. First, what causes the student's ability to achieve to be significantly less than their ability to do in learning? Second, what is basis ways in oder to out of the repetitive learning that you have already done? Third, the ways to restore self-esteem through the time of finding themselves. This program consists of six classes each of 45 minutes for middle school students who are learning poorly. For effective program development, it is based on a team teaching format - creativity teachers and personality teachers. In addition, the students are asked to creativity and personality questions in order to bring out the students' potential and various thoughts and opinions. In the change of education environment, it is required to develop various programs that can give equal opportunity to all students regardless of learning ability. And I hope that it can lay the foundations for practical use in schools.
