Abstract

In the 21st century of the age of knowledge information, the development of creativity for future human resource became more important. Through this research, I will define the creativity, find out the components of creativity in education, and design a convergence education program. Based on the assumption that ordinary students can also think creatively through the creativity development education program, I designed program in accordance with the creativity components of Hollands. There is a learning objective that learners can focus on classes and develop creative thinking through an interesting subject called 'filmmaking'. It is also possible to develop the ability to express thoughts and the ability to communicate and to develop critical thinking. I think that it will be a good opportunity to find aptitude in the future career field of students by experiencing convergence between diverse disciplines.
