Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the educational effect of the step-by-step bridge start-up support project currently being carried out by the Women's New Work Support Center. The step-by-step bridge start-up support project was conducted for the women who completed a career training program of coding education in the Women's New Work Support Center. A survey was conducted on the women who participated in the research. Based on their responses, we suggested the implications of the career training courses for career-cut women completed in Women’s New Work Support Center.
